01. We Reached 100 Customers
In the summer of 2023, ShedPro reached a momentous milestone by welcoming our 100th customer. For a young company like us, this achievement symbolized not only remarkable growth but also the trust and support of our ever-expanding customer base. It reaffirmed our dedication to providing top-notch solutions for shed enthusiasts and fueled our passion to continue innovating and delivering excellence in the years to come.
02. ShedPro Became An Official Google Partner
ShedPro has been collaborating with several shed businesses, assisting them in building and improving their online brand presence. Our proven ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients, ensuring the best return on their investment, has met Google’s high standards for skill, ad performance, and overall success. This is a testament to our team’s expertise and dedication to growing your online shed sales through our services.
03. Shed Builder Expo 2023 With Extraordinary Success
Throughout the two-day event, our booth buzzed with activity as we engaged with a steady stream of attendees. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with our valued clients, witnessing their satisfaction with our products and services firsthand. Moreover, the expo introduced us to numerous new and exciting individuals in the industry, fostering valuable connections and partnerships. Perhaps the most rewarding aspect was returning home with signed contracts obtained right at our booth, a testament to the trust and confidence our customers have in ShedPro.
04. Customer Service Was Our Focus
From conducting monthly touchpoints with our valued clients to the implementation of Quarterly Business Reviews, our commitment to fostering better communication with our customers has never been stronger. 05. We Helped You Be Prepared
2023 marked the year when ShedPro embarked on a mission to become a trusted knowledge source in the shed industry. We invested significant effort in sharing our expertise, expanding our blog, and consistently sending out email newsletters to our thriving community. Our commitment to keeping everyone informed about new trends, industry insights, and best practices for optimizing shed business operations has remained steadfast.
06. We Introduced a Powerful New Inventory Management System
ShedPro’s new Online Inventory enables shed businesses to effectively list and sell their sheds online with an optimized user interface and filter options, flexible sorting orders, smooth checkout experience, and comprehensive reporting.
07. Our 3D Model Library Grew Significantly
Our 3D building library has expanded far beyond traditional sheds. This year, we are thrilled to announce the completion of our porch models collection, which now includes Front, Side, Corner, Middle and Deluxe porch designs. In addition, we’ve introduced a wide range of new models, including metal buildings, animal shelters, and greenhouses. Among these exciting builds, you’ll discover some truly unique gems that can only be found in ShedPro’s library, including the Chalet from Genesis Buildings, the Alpine Chalet from Rockwood Sheds or the Ranch Cabin from Bear’s Outdoor Structures.
08. We Zoomed Further Into The Shed
From shelves and workbenches to lofts and essential electrical items such as lights, switches, outlets, and breaker boxes, ShedPro’s 3D Configurator now offers the most realistic and comprehensive set of interior options in the shed industry.
09. We Kept The Releases Coming
ShedPro’s 3D Configurator has been consistently improving to support your shed business. In the past year, we introduced several exciting features, such as the Wainscoting option, multiple Shutter Styles (Louvered, Raised Panel, Z-Style, and 3-Board), and the Flower Box add-on. We’ve also carefully examined user interaction data with the tool, allowing us to enhance the user interface and provide an even better experience.
10. And Helped Make Your Sales Process Simpler
Our 3D Configurator has evolved into the go-to point-of-sale tool for numerous shed businesses. The quote notification was redesigned with a significantly condensed layout, providing all necessary order details while ensuring it takes up minimal space when printed and enhancing the flow of information. Additionally, we’ve improved our 2D Floorplan with enhanced measurements and clear indications, introduced a new order status system, and streamlined the synchronization process between dealers and manufacturers. Finally, we’ve made it easier for your sales reps to add supplementary pricing to a quote request directly on the front end, ensuring that prices are adjusted in real-time as users customize sheds.
11. Collaboration Is A Must
Recognizing the importance of seamless collaboration within the shed industry, ShedPro has improved and optimized our APIs, which now enable seamless integration with our trusted partners and various software platforms. Our 3D Configurator is currently integrated with RTO National’s DMS and Checkout, Shed Suite, NetSuite, RTO Group, HighLevel CRM, Hubspot, and many others. Moreover, businesses and software developers have the opportunity to harness these APIs to unlock fresh opportunities, thereby simplifying workflows and automating tasks for their respective operations.
12. We Kept Pushing Forward
In the middle of the year, we introduced the beta version of our 3D Configurator for Carports, featuring a range of standard models. While it initially offered a limited set of features, this launch marked an industry breakthrough by combining sheds and carports within a single 3D Configurator. This innovation not only enhances customer retention but also presents significant cost-saving opportunities for businesses operating in both segments.
Shed Framing is another successful ShedPro’s R&D experiments this year that delved even deeper into the interior view of a shed, offering a more realistic and immersive look from the inside. The outcome of this project has paved the way for other exciting developments in our 3D Configurator, which are coming soon this year. It’s another testament to ShedPro’s commitment to pushing boundaries and enhancing the shed design experience for our valued customers.
