In times of economic uncertainty, it’s easy to hit the brakes.

Businesses everywhere are downsizing, cutting budgets, and scaling back in response to a shifting economy. But at ShedPro, we’re doing the opposite.

We’re growing on purpose, with conviction, and with a clear vision for the road ahead.

“I feel more encouraged than I’ve been at any point in the past 14 years—about our team, our talent, our service, our products, and the value we bring to our customers and the industry. Exciting times lie ahead for ShedPro.”
James Price, Founder of ShedPro

We’re expanding our team by 30% adding new talent across customer service, project support, development, and design. We’re investing in better internal tools and building new product features that will give shed businesses even more power, flexibility, and control.

This isn’t growth for the sake of growth. It’s growth that strengthens the experience for every shed builder we serve. Our mission has always been to help shed businesses grow faster, run smoother, and sell smarter and now we’re leveling up to make that support even stronger.

One of our core values at ShedPro is the pursuit of 1% improvement every single day.

This idea was inspired by a story I shared recently, from British cycling. For more than a century, the British cycling team had never won the Tour de France. But in 2003, everything changed when they hired a new performance director who introduced a simple concept: the aggregation of marginal gains.

If you improve everything you can by just 1% from handwashing habits to the type of pillows used to sleep better you start to see extraordinary results. The team changed everything in small ways, and within five years, they dominated the sport, winning 60% of the gold medals and securing five Tour de France victories in six years.

At ShedPro, we believe that kind of discipline and belief in steady improvement is exactly what separates good companies from great ones especially when the road gets bumpy.

While others are scaling back, we’re scaling forward.

  • Hiring new team members to strengthen support, project delivery, and innovation
  • Developing new features for the ShedPro platform that help sheShedPro growth during economic uncertaintyd businesses convert more leads and close sales faster
  • Investing in internal tools and systems to increase speed, accuracy, and support for every customer we serve
  • Doubling down on relationships with builders who are ready to grow, even when the market feels uncertain

We don’t believe growth is about luck. It’s about preparation, courage, and a team that knows how to move together toward a shared goal.

This next season at ShedPro isn’t just about adding more people or launching new features. It’s about becoming even more of what our customers need: a reliable partner, a consistent team, and a company that’s relentlessly focused on helping shed businesses win.

We’re not slowing down. We’re building momentum.

And we’re inviting you to be a part of it.
